1. About the site

K-POP TOP 100 is an unofficial fan voting site where fans around the world cheer for singers with hearts. The site is not affiliated with the artists, agencies or broadcasters shown, and the ranking is not an official chart or award.

2. Voting rules

• You get 10 hearts a day and can give each singer 1 heart a day. Hearts refill at midnight Korea time (KST).
• You choose your country once.
• The ranking restarts on the 1st of each month. In December, the January–November Top 10 meet in the year-end final.
• The ranking includes fan hearts and event hearts from the organizers.
• Hearts from bots, scripts or multiple devices used to inflate votes may be removed.

3. Cheer comments

These may be hidden automatically, by reports, or by the operator:

• Swearing, insults, hate speech, attacks on other fandoms or artists
• Ads, promotion, links, contact details, spam
• Other people's personal information, false or illegal content

A comment with 3 reports is hidden automatically; the operator may restore it after review.

4. Content rights

Music videos and clips are shown with YouTube's official player from the owners' own uploads; all rights stay with the owners. You are responsible for your comments, and the site may display them on the site.

5. Changes and downtime

The site is free. Features may change, and the site may be briefly unavailable during maintenance or outside service outages.

K-POP TOP 100은 전 세계 팬이 하트로 좋아하는 가수를 응원하는 비공식 팬 투표 사이트입니다. 사이트는 소개된 아티스트, 소속사, 방송사와 관계가 없으며, 순위는 공식 차트나 시상식 결과가 아닙니다.

2. 투표 규칙

• 하트는 하루 10개이며, 한 가수에게는 하루 1개까지 보낼 수 있습니다. 매일 0시(한국 시간)에 다시 채워집니다.
• 나라는 처음 한 번만 정할 수 있습니다.
• 순위는 매달 1일에 새로 시작하며, 12월에는 1~11월 누적 TOP 10이 연말 결선을 치릅니다.
• 순위에는 팬 하트와 함께 운영 이벤트 하트가 반영됩니다.
• 프로그램이나 여러 기기를 이용한 비정상적인 투표가 확인되면 해당 하트를 순위에서 뺄 수 있습니다.

3. 응원 댓글

다음 내용은 자동으로 가려지거나, 신고 또는 운영자 판단으로 숨겨질 수 있습니다.

• 욕설, 비하, 혐오 표현, 특정 팬덤이나 아티스트에 대한 공격
• 광고, 홍보, 외부 링크, 연락처, 도배
• 다른 사람의 개인정보, 허위 사실, 불법 정보

신고가 3번 쌓인 댓글은 자동으로 숨겨지며, 운영자가 확인 후 다시 보이게 하거나 계속 숨길 수 있습니다.

4. 콘텐츠의 권리

사이트에 나오는 뮤직비디오와 영상은 각 저작권자가 YouTube에 올린 것을 YouTube 공식 플레이어로 보여주는 것이며, 권리는 저작권자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 쓴 댓글의 책임은 작성자에게 있으며, 사이트는 댓글을 사이트 안에서 보여줄 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스 변경과 중단

사이트는 무료로 제공되며, 기능이나 운영 방식은 바뀔 수 있습니다. 점검이나 외부 서비스 장애로 잠시 이용할 수 없을 수 있습니다.
